3.1 Payment Processor (Invite-Only)

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
MRI Solutions acts as a payment processor and technology service provider. We are not responsible for:
- Products or services sold by merchants using our platform
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRI Solutions' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you believe a merchant is engaging in fraudulent activity or abuse, please report it immediately to: abuse@mrisolutions.ca
10. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). 13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Quebec, Canada.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MRI Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
